Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
Q1. What is Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a healthcare approach that focuses on how our body’s structure affects our overall health. It believes that misalignment in the musculoskeletal system can lead to pain and other health issues.
Osteopaths treat various conditions, not just low back pain. They use manual therapy techniques, including touch, massage, stretching, and joint manipulation.
At Evolution Rehab, we combine osteopathic principles with the latest research in pain science and rehabilitation, helping you become stronger and more resilient.
